Job summary

talabat, part of the Delivery Hero network, is seeking a Product Designer IC2 to own end-to-end design for features in a fast-paced, agile environment in Dubai. You will collaborate with PMs and Engineers to turn user insights into elegant interfaces used by millions daily.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of full-time UX/UI design experience in consumer-facing digital product environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving, UX rationale and polished UI.
• Experience working in an agile, cross-functional product team.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle for feature initiatives from discovery to pixel-perfect delivery.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into validated design solutions.
• Plan and conduct usability testing and leverage quantitative metrics.
• Apply and evolve design systems across web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers during handoff and QA for quality releases.
• Participate in critiques and idea workshops to improve design workflows.
