Right Calibre Consulting in Dubai is seeking a senior Product Designer (Digital) to shape end-to-end experiences for web and mobile. You’ll work with clients, developers, product teams and other designers from discovery through high-fidelity design.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, expert knowledge of user-centered design, and fluency with Figma and design systems. You’ll translate complex problems into intuitive interfaces while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
We are currently working with a well-established, UAE homegrown digital agency that has been creating digital products and experiences for more than a decade.
The agency has grown into a multidisciplinary team of 65+ digital specialists, working across websites, mobile apps, APIs, UI/UX and AI-powered solutions.
Their clients range from ambitious startups and leading enterprises to major government organisations — with a strong focus on building digital products that are useful, intuitive and built to perform. They are now looking to hire a Product Designer (Digital) to join their Dubai team.
This is a hands-on product design role for someone who enjoys getting involved beyond the visual layer. You’ll be responsible for understanding the problem, exploring different solutions and turning complex requirements into simple, intuitive digital experiences.
You’ll work closely with clients, developers, product teams and other designers throughout the process — from early discovery and wireframing through to high-fidelity design and final delivery.
The ideal person is comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions and bringing their own perspective to the table rather than simply executing a brief.
You’re not someone who just waits for a brief and turns it into screens.
You like understanding why something needs to be built, who it is being built for and whether there is a better way of solving the problem.
You care about the details, but you also understand the bigger picture.
You’re comfortable working with different stakeholders, defending your design decisions and adapting when the problem changes.
Most importantly, you enjoy creating digital products that are useful, simple and genuinely well thought through.
