About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally talented UI UX Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the user experience across our digital products This is not a UI-only design role We are looking for someone who understands that great products are not simply about how they look they are about how they work how users think what problems they solve and why users choose to use them The ideal candidate will be stronger in UX than UI with the ability to independently understand problems conduct user and product research map user journeys identify friction points design intuitive experiences and translate business requirements into well-planned digital products You should also have UI skills and be comfortable working hands‑on in Figma and making UI changes yourself when required Experience in Product Design and or Product Planning will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UX process from problem discovery through final implementation
- Understand user needs behaviours pain points and business objectives
- Conduct user research competitor analysis and product research where required
- Create user personas user journeys information architecture and experience maps
- Develop user flows task flows wireframes and low mid high-fidelity prototypes
- Identify usability problems and recommend practical improvements
- Design experiences that are intuitive simple efficient and scalable
- Think critically about em why em a feature should exist before deciding em how em it should look
- Continuously improve products based on user feedback analytics testing and business requirements
- Translate business requirements and user problems into clear product experiences
- Participate in product discovery and feature planning
- Help define product requirements from a UX perspective
- Work closely with management developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
- Identify gaps opportunities and potential improvements within products
- Contribute to product strategy feature prioritisation and user-focused decision making
- Think about the complete product lifecycle rather than designing individual screens in isolation
- Balance user needs business objectives and technical feasibility when making design decisions
- Create clean modern and functional interfaces for websites mobile applications and digital products
- Work confidently with Figma and other relevant design tools
- Create and maintain design systems components styles and reusable UI patterns
- Develop responsive designs for different screen sizes and platforms
- Make UI improvements and modifications independently when required
- Ensure consistency between UX decisions and the final visual interface
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Work directly with developers throughout the product development process
- Clearly communicate design decisions user flows and interaction requirements
- Review implemented designs and identify UX UI inconsistencies
- Provide developers with clear specifications assets and interaction details
- Take ownership of projects rather than waiting for detailed instructions
- Be comfortable questioning existing processes and proposing better solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, UX Design, Product Design or a closely related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX thinking and problem solving.
- Strong experience designing websites and mobile applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.

- Good understanding of UI design principles, typography, layouts, spacing, hierarchy and visual consistency.

- Strong understanding of human-centred design principles.
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions, not just present visual designs.
- Experience working with developers and understanding technical limitations.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Highly Preferred
- Candidates with experience in all three areas below will be strongly preferred:1. UX DesignStrong expertise in research, user behaviour, usability, information architecture, user journeys and interaction design.
- 2. UI DesignAbility to independently create and refine polished, modern and responsive interfaces.

- Applications without a portfolio demonstrating real-world UX/product design work may not be considered.

- We are more interested in how you think than how many screens you can design.

- This position is primarily UX-focused.
- If your strongest skill is creating visually attractive interfaces but you have limited experience with user research, user journeys, information architecture, usability, interaction design and product thinking, this may not be the right role for you.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (No Remote Option).
Working Hours and days: 11:00am - 8:00pm, Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 6:00pm, Saturdays (Sundays off). Because our Clients and Customers are based primarily in the UK, Europe and the Americas, Our working hours are aligned to those time zones to ensure we are available when those markets are active.
Salary: AED 4,000-6,000 per month + AED 350 travel allowance + Visa + Insurance.
Experience Required: 3-5 Years.
