Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams and communicating with stakeholders.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-informed design, and experience with design systems.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences across our client's customer and business platforms.

This role combines strategic product thinking, exceptional UX craft, and a deep understanding of user behaviour. You will lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative experiences that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, defining product experiences, validating solutions with users, and delivering high-quality designs that balance customer needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Product Design Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery and concept development through implementation and optimization.
• Drive product vision and experience strategy across key customer journeys.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Service Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and launching successful digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Strong experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-informed design practices.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.
