Job summary

Blueprint is seeking a seasoned program, project, or portfolio manager in Dubai to lead end-to-end intake, triage, and governance across multiple initiatives. You will build integrated plans, facilitate prioritization with leaders, and produce executive reporting.

In this role, you will create standardized PM artifacts, maintain RAID views, and support annual planning while coaching initiative owners on governance practices. A strong Excel and BI background is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in complex environments.
• Proficiency in developing work-back plans, milestones, and dependency views.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, and change control.
• 3+ years of experience in executive communications and leadership reporting.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
• Strong facilitation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end intake and triage processes for program and portfolio requests
• Facilitate portfolio prioritization discussions with leaders to clarify objectives and capacity
• Develop standardized project management artifacts including charters, RACIs, and RAID logs
• Build integrated project plans covering dependencies, risks, and critical-path activities
• Provide day-to-day support to initiative owners through meeting facilitation and action tracking
• Establish governance rhythms including portfolio reviews and leadership updates
• Produce weekly and monthly portfolio reporting and executive narratives
• Maintain portfolio-level RAID and dependency views to identify cross-functional blockers
• Support annual and in-year planning by aligning timelines and identifying interdependencies
• Create and maintain a program management playbook with templates and SOPs
• Coach initiative owners on project management standards and governance practices
