Job summary

KONE is seeking a CSE Engineer (Product) in Dubai to translate customer needs into tailored product specifications for elevators, escalators and related systems. You will coordinate engineering work until handover to maintenance, supporting delivery, order management and service solutions that meet contract specs.

Role requires five years in the elevator industry, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong English communication. A team-focused, cross-cultural environment with global collaboration awaits.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering.
• Candidate with minimum five years of experience in Elevator Industry and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and Arabic is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify the optimal KONE product for non-standard with special engineering requirements.
• Provide cost and lead-time aware product planning, including materials and service costs for non-standard cases.
• Prepare detailed product specifications and energy calculations, ensuring compliance with codes and KONE policies.
• Coordinate product lead times with Supply Line and local sourcing to maintain availability and installability.
