Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a Purchase Executive to support timely and cost-efficient procurement of fit-out, facilities and maintenance needs through Coupa. You will collaborate with project, facilities and requesting teams to secure complete offers and manage the process from PO through execution and close-out.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the UAE, with practical know-how of fit-out, construction, MEP, and BOQ management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, quantity surveying or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably including 2 years in the UAE market.
• Practical experience with fit-out, construction, MEP, facilities services, BOQs and contractor quotations is strongly preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions in Coupa and confirm completeness before sourcing.
• Issue RFQs/RFPs through Coupa and obtain comparable offers within the required timeline.
• Prepare clear commercial comparisons and document recommended supplier terms for approval.
• Follow approved purchase orders with suppliers, including delivery, GRN, and invoice coordination.
• Escalate delivery, quality, or supplier-performance issues to the Procurement Manager.
