Qureos Inc in the United Arab Emirates invites an organized Procurement Officer to join our team. The role requires at least 2 years of procurement experience in construction, contracting, or engineering, with wastewater treatment sector exposure considered a strong advantage.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in construction, contracting, or engineering industries.
• Experience in wastewater treatment projects (WWTP/STP/WTP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and strong procurement, supplier management, and documentation knowledge.

Mansioni

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure all purchased materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Track deliveries and resolve any supply delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Process procurement transactions and maintain accurate records using Tally ERP.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Support management with procurement reports and other administrative tasks.
