Qureos is seeking a highly organized Procurement Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of procurement experience within the construction, contracting, or engineering industry and proficiency in Tally ERP.

Experience in the wastewater treatment sector is advantageous, with responsibility for cost control and strong supplier relationships. Key duties include sourcing, evaluating, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, issuing POs, and coordinating

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in construction, contracting, or engineering.
Experience in WWTP/STP/WTP sector is a plus.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and supplier management processes.

Mansioni

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare statements for approval.
Issue POs and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams on requirements and delivery schedules.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure materials meet technical specs and quality standards.
Track deliveries and resolve supply delays or discrepancies.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
Process procurement transactions using Tally ERP.
Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
