Qureos is seeking a highly organized Procurement Officer to join our team in the UAE. The role requires at least 2 years of procurement experience in construction, contracting, or engineering, with an advantage for WWTP/WTP projects. Proficiency in Tally ERP and strong cost-control skills are essential.

You will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, issue POs, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant procurement. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in construction, contracting, or engineering.
• Experience in wastewater treatment (WWTP/STP/WTP) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP is required.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare statements for management.
• Issue Purchase Orders and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams for material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure purchased materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier databases using Tally ERP.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Support management with procurement reports and administrative tasks.
