Job summary

EDGE, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Requisitioner to initiate, track, and coordinate material and service requisitions to support operations within POWERTECH.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain, familiarity with SAP/Oracle, and a strong understanding of procurement processes. You will liaise with end users, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely, compliant PRs and assist demand planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a requisitioning, procurement, or supply chain role.
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase requisitions (PRs) for materials, equipment, and services in line with project and operational needs.
• Coordinate with end users, engineering, finance, maintenance, and warehouse teams to validate requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all requisitions comply with company policies, approval matrices, and budget controls.
• Follow up with Procurement and Supply Chain teams on PR status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of requisitions, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Support demand planning by consolidating and forecasting material requirements.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to quantities, specifications, or delivery timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and compliance standards relevant to supply chain operations.
