EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Procurement Associate to provide accurate administrative support across procurement, processing PRs and POs in SAP/Ariba, and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.

You will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, finance, and logistics; maintain procurement records; and generate reporting on open POs, overdue deliveries, and GR/IR. This role offers growth within a global tech-driven defence group.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement administration or supply chain support within a structured organization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP-based PR and PO processing, preferably SAP or SAP Ariba.
• Familiarity with procurement documentation workflows, approval routing, and records management.
• Experience supporting invoice matching or GR/IR reconciliation is an advantage.
• Background in defence, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, validate, and process purchase requisitions and POs in SAP and Ariba.
• Maintain procurement records, bids, contracts, and supplier correspondence with version control.
• Coordinate document exchange between buyers, suppliers, finance, and logistics; escalate non-routine issues.
• Support matching of invoices against POs and GR/IR; flag discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting on open POs, overdue deliveries, approvals, and GR/IR exceptions.
