• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in procurement, material management, or supply chain operations.
• Leadership experience: at least 3 years leading procurement or material management teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement and material management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develop procurement strategies to optimise cost, quality, and delivery.
• Oversee material planning, inventory control, and forecasting.
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and cost of ownership reduction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with production needs.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and KPIs; report findings.
