Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree and possess strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and in teams is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers to meet procurement needs.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders per requisitions and policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor purchase orders, pending deliveries and outstanding supplier commitments.
