Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC is seeking a Procurement Officer in Dubai to lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation for high-value energy-related purchases. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement in energy or related industries
• Prepare commercial bid evaluations for high-value tender contracts

We’re recruiting a Procurement Officer for one of our clients, a leading organization in the energy sector based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for power generation and desalinated water production, with a strong international presence. Operating across more than 10 countries in the Middle East & North Africa, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Vietnam, the company manages a significant portfolio of over 28,000 MW of power generation capacity and more than 5.3 million m³/day of desalinated water production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferablywithin the energy or related industries
