Description: Utmost Gulf Group of Companies is urgently seeking a senior-level Procurement Executive to oversee purchasing operations for its transport, logistics, and fleet divisions in Dubai. This position focuses on managing high-volume procurement programs, evaluating vendor networks, negotiating commercial contracts, and optimizing purchasing costs for heavy vehicles and automotive operations.

The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing workflows for fleet components, spare parts, and workshop supplies through ERP systems while establishing supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic procurement operations across transport, logistics, fleet, and workshop service divisions.
• Source, vet, and manage vendor relationships while negotiating pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
• Purchase fleet inventory, heavy truck spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, filters, and maintenance supplies.
• Implement cost-control measures and track purchasing budgets to maximize procurement efficiency.
• Record procurement transactions, manage purchase orders, and track supplier deliverables using ERP systems.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Minimum 15 years of dedicated UAE procurement experience, with a proven track record operating at a senior or managerial level within transport, logistics, or automotive sectors.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with ERP procurement modules, inventory management systems, and vendor management software.
• Key Competencies: Heavy truck and fleet component expertise, commercial contract negotiation, strategic vendor management, cost analysis, and possession of a valid UAE Driving License.
