Element Search is seeking an experienced Switchgear Procurement Engineer in the UAE to lead end-to-end procurement of LV switchgear components and electrical materials for manufacturing and projects.
The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of BOMs and datasheets with strong supplier networks, negotiation skills and UAE market experience to optimize cost, lead times and delivery performance.

The company has an establishedLV switchgear manufacturing division and supplies electrical products and customized switchgear solutions to major contractors, consultants, industrial clients and project companies across the UAE.
The client is looking for an experienced Switchgear Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement of electrical and switchgear materials required for manufacturing and project requirements.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of LV switchgear components, electrical panel materials, approved suppliers and the UAE electrical procurement market.
This role requires someone who understands both the technical and commercial aspects of switchgear procurement.
Experience procuring products such as:
Experience with major international electrical brands and their authorized distributors will be highly advantageous.
We are specifically looking for a procurement professional who has hands‑on experience purchasing materials for LV switchgear and electrical panel manufacturing.
Candidates currently working with switchgear manufacturers, panel builders, electrical distributors, electrical trading companies or major electrical suppliers will be strongly preferred.
