• Analyze supplier proposals, specifications, and pricing to ensure alignment with budget and requirements
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships; conduct performance reviews and negotiations for favorable terms
• Prepare procurement documents: purchase orders, contracts, and specifications per policies and UAE regulations
• Use procurement software/ERP to manage requisitions, track orders, and keep records
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and devise strategies to reduce procurement expenses
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to understand material needs and timelines
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and cost savings for management
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient procurement methods
