Bilfinger is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator in the UAE to support services and materials sourcing across Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, and Industrial Services sectors. The role emphasizes supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with accommodation, transportation, logistics, manpower, and technical procurement (pipes, instrumentation, electrical equipment). Strong stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Diploma in SCM, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years procurement experience within the UAE.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management.
• Proven experience in procurement of both services and technical materials.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end procurement in line with purchasing policies.
• Source and procure materials including pipes, fittings, valves, etc.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and prepare bid evaluations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, lead times, and contractual requirements.
• Create and manage POs and Service Orders.
• Cooperate with Engineering, Operations, Projects, HR, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
