Top Techno Fire & Safety Co. LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to source fire protection equipment and manage supplier onboarding in the UAE.

You will collaborate with Estimation, Design and Project Engineering to ensure timely procurement, negotiate terms, and monitor shipments to project sites. The role requires 2–4 years of UAE procurement experience and a Bachelor's in mechanical/electrical eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
• 2–4 years of procurement/purchasing experience in Fire Protection/MEP/Construction in UAE.
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor evaluation skills.
• Familiarity with UAE suppliers, logistics and customs for imported goods.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Source fire protection, firefighting and safety systems equipment by reviewing specs and BOQs.
• Manage vendor relationships and onboard local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules to balance cost and quality.
• Issue and track POs; monitor shipments to project sites.
• Ensure procurement complies with UAE civil defense regulations and project specs.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Design and Project Engineering to align procurement with timelines.

• Technical Sourcing Review project specifications engineering drawings and bills of quantities BOQ to accurately source fire alarm firefighting and safety systems equipment
• Vendor Management Identify evaluate and onboard local and international suppliers Maintain strong long-term relationships with vendors
• Negotiation Purchasing Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
• PO Management Issue Purchase Orders POs track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
• Compliance Quality Ensure all procured materials comply with civil defense regulations project specifications and UAE standards
• Coordination Work closely with the Estimation Design and Project Engineering teams to align material procurement with project timelines
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, specifically within the Fire Protection, MEP, or Construction industry in the UAE.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, material sourcing, and vendor evaluation skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE market suppliers, logistics, and customs procedures for imported goods.
