Lifestyle Principle in Dubai invites a Buying Coordinator to manage data access across procurement processes, support the Customer and suppliers, and prepare proforma billings and reports.

The role requires precise data handling, coordinating between teams, updating stakeholders on access stand, and maintaining catalogues, photos, and order worksheets for the purchasing cycle. It is a full-time, on-site position at Site Tower - Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Getting supply records of all the regions for reorders/ highlighting quick selling items/ point out marketed percentage on the pictures.
• Distribution of order placed.
• Examine Proforma billings against orders put as well as prepare internal memorandum.
• Preparing sales records and connecting photos and formatting in standard report for purchasing trip.
• Preparing new order worksheet.
• Maintenance of catalogues/ photos/ data paper copy/ scanned copy.
• Redistribution from LSW.
