Qualifications

• Experience coordinating procurement or retail operations.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• 3–4 years of experience in a coordination role, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Process LPO for UAE and RNA territories.
• Follow up on payments.
• Monitor territory & PAN spends.
• Maintain and be responsible for Budget Tracker and spend analysis.
• Submit monthly spends reports.
• Track inventory and VM Filing.
• Procurement / Sourcing of PAN requirements & new projects.
