Job summary

Maseera in Abu Dhabi seeks a procurement professional to support driving excellence in procurement processes, strategies and practices. You will help implement strategic initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency across end-to-end procurement activities.

You will update guides and scope of works, promote the use of procurement technologies, identify risks and mitigate them, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize requisitions and contracts workflows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to implement strategic initiatives aiming to enhance procurement effectives and efficiency.
• Support in optimizing end-to-end procurement processes, strategies and practices with regards to purchase requisitions and contracts management and recommend enhancement to the current workflow.
• Update procurement user guides, manuals and scope of works for completeness and consistency.
• Ensure to effectively utilize procurement technologies to streamline processes, enhance visibility and minimize discrepancies.
• Identify and assess risks associated with procurement processes while implementing the appropriate mitigation plans.
