Job summary

Salt is seeking a Process Reengineering Manager in Abu Dhabi for a 12-month on-site contract to lead end-to-end process redesign and automation initiatives.

You will connect business teams with IT and ERP specialists, drive ERP enhancements (SAP S/4HANA), and deliver measurable efficiency gains through intelligent automation and best-practice process maps.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in process reengineering, business analysis or IT business partnering.
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to agentic AI, RPA or enterprise intelligent automation.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and project delivery skills.
• A relevant degree; Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP or ERP certifications are advantageous.
