Job summary

Penspen in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Process Engineer to drive engineering activities across major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects. You will deliver process design from concept through detailed design, with a focus on asset integrity and compliance with international standards.

You must have a Bachelor's in Chemical or Process Engineering, 12 years of experience (8+ in process engineering) and hands-on expertise in HYSYS, PFDs and P&IDs to develop robust deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or process engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering; 8+ years in process engineering for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Asset Integrity project experience is mandatory.
• Experience with design from concept to detailed design.

Penspen www.penspen.com are currently looking for Senior Process Engineer in Abu dhabi location in UAE.

Main Purpose Of Role

Core Engineering Role to produce the volume of engineering activities on projects and within the business as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• 12 years of experience; 8 years of them within the field of Process Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Asset Integrity project experience is mandatory

Technical Knowledge And Skills (Discipline Specific)

• Knowledge of basic engineering processes
• Familiarity with international codes, standards and engineering practices (Saudi Aramco standards exposure is advantageous)
• Must be familiar with all aspects of design from concept to detailed design
• Technical analysis of engineering problems
• Development of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Hysys Simulation and H&MB development
• Must have a ability to prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards
