Job summary

DAPIN is seeking a Process Engineer for on-site work in the UAE. The candidate should have a degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Process Engineering and 5+ years of EPC project experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Petrochemicals. Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or PRO/II is required, along with English at B2 level or higher.

Experience in commissioning and start-up is an advantage. The role involves PFD/P&ID preparation, mass & energy balances, and coordination with multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Process Engineering.
• 5+ years of EPC project experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Petrochemicals.
• Knowledge of international standards and process safety.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools: Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or PRO/II.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review PFDs and P&IDs.
• Perform material and energy balances and sizing calculations.
• Develop technical documentation for the project.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and HAZID studies with safety/quality compliance.
• Coordinate with other disciplines across FEED, Basic, and Detail Design phases.
• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
