Job summary

Hassan & Hamdan Corporate Services Provider is seeking a PRO cum Typist in Dubai to manage document clearing, typing, and government portal transactions for trade licenses, visas, labor approvals, and corporate filings. The role requires prior UAE PRO/Typist experience, high data-entry accuracy, and strong knowledge of UAE portals.

The successful candidate will handle portfolio tasks, coordinate with UAE authorities, and ensure timely submission of forms for corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Prior UAE experience as a PRO/Typist within a corporate services provider or similar
• High accuracy in data entry and fast typing speed
• Deep familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DED)

Responsibilities

• Draft, type, and process government forms for licensing, visas and labor approvals
• Navigate and submit applications across UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Economy & Tourism/DED, Tasheel, Amer)
• Coordinate immigration services, employment entry permits, residency status changes, and biometric appointments
• Facilitate document translations, attestations, and ministry filings
• Track submissions, resolve portal rejections, and deliver paperwork to clients
