Job summary

TXM Solutions is seeking a proactive PRO Typist in Dubai to support visa and government-related operations. You will prepare and process employment, residency and labour applications with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include submitting visa and work permit applications, handling Emirates ID documents, contracts, and coordinating with government authorities. Immediate availability is preferred and UK-managed environment with UAE visa and medical insurance provided.

Qualifications

Strong English communication and typing skills.
Arabic typing would be an advantage.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple applications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit employment visa, work permit and residency applications.
Process visa renewals, amendments and cancellations.
Complete typing and online submissions through MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Amer and other government portals.
Process Emirates ID, medical fitness and health insurance-related documentation.
Prepare employment contracts and labour applications.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Monitor application statuses and follow up on approvals or requests.
Maintain records of visa expiry dates and government documents.
Coordinate with employees and government authorities.
Keep the team informed of progress and regulatory updates.
Assist with other PRO-related duties.
