MOK Corporation in Dubai seeks an experienced PRO Government Relations Officer to manage government transactions, HR and immigration matters, tenancy, and site coordination. You will handle MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP processes, and liaise with authorities to ensure timely renewals and compliance across properties, construction sites, and warehouses.

The role requires strong bilingual communication in English and Arabic, ability to work independently, and travel between offices and sites as required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in PRO Government Relations or similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and UAE immigration procedures.
• Experience with property rentals, tenancy management and Ejari procedures.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Handle government transactions with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and other authorities.
• Manage employee visa lifecycle: applications, renewals, cancellations and status changes.
• Coordinate tenancy & Ejari registrations, renewals and handovers for company properties.
• Oversee construction site and warehouse administrative coordination and handovers.
• Maintain records of licenses, permits, visas, contracts and renewal deadlines.
