Responsibilities

• Develop and own private label/white label category strategies (fresh produce, perishable and grocery).
• Lead P&L, pricing, and go-to-market plans with cross-functional partners.
• Build category roadmaps, business cases, and investment proposals.
• Evaluate external private label opportunities and drive local relevance.
• Manage end-to-end new product development and commercialization through stage-gate processes.
• Monitor market dynamics and translate insights into category interventions.
• Represent the category in senior leadership forums and prepare strategy documents.
