Job summary

Tanqeeb in DIFC, Dubai seeks an experienced Fund Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of investments, portfolio performance, and investor engagement within a hands-on, governance‑driven environment.

The role requires a strong track record in negotiations, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance, with preferred CFA qualifications and Arabic language skills. You will coordinate with advisors and regulators and report to senior leadership to drive strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Private Equity and/or Real Estate funds.
• Strong track record in negotiation, structuring, and closing.
• Experience with investor reporting, fund governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently in hands‑on environment while delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; adept at client and investor relationship management.
• Experience across real estate or alternative investments is a plus.
• Professional qualification such as CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fund investments, including evaluating deals, coordinating execution, and managing portfolio performance.
• Manage fund operations, including capital deployment, cash calls, distributions, lifecycle oversight, and portfolio monitoring.
• Develop and execute exit strategies for portfolio investments.
• Ensure investments are aligned with fund mandates, investor objectives, and risk tolerance.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with advisors, lawyers, consultants, and regulators.
• Prepare and present regular reports to investors on fund performance, pipeline, and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal governance policies, and fiduciary standards.
• Provide market insights and analysis to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Prepare investment offering documents for new investment funds in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align fund strategy with investor expectations and growth objectives.
