Job summary

SHOROOQ PARTNERS LTD is seeking a Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate to source, evaluate, execute, and manage investments across diverse industries in the GCC.

The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with significant responsibility from day one. 2–6 years of related experience and strong communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus, and willingness to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in IB, strategy consulting, Big 4 Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
• Demonstrated transaction experience and analytical rigor.
• Sector-agnostic with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a small team.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.
• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and market research.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Big 4 Transaction Services, or Private Equity
• Demonstrated transaction experience and analytical rigor
• Sector-agnostic with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a small team (3-4 people)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
