Job summary

Oneira Talent Solutions is sourcing an Investment Analyst for a Dubai-based family office. The role offers hands-on ownership from day one and direct access to senior leadership in a lean, principal-facing team.

The successful candidate will handle due diligence on direct investments, build financial models, and prepare memos and materials for investment decisions, with exposure to global markets and a multi-asset book.

Qualifications

• Experience in family office or multi-asset investments.
• 1–3 years of analyst experience.
• Clear written communication with memo writing experience.
• Exposure to regional and international markets.
• Short notice period preferred.

Our client is a Dubai-based Family Office. They are hiring an Investment Analyst to join a lean, principal-facing team and cover a broad investment book, including global alternatives, direct deals, fund investments and a real estate portfolio.

This is a hands-on seat with real ownership from day one and direct access to senior leadership.

This is an urgent requirements, and it is difficult for us to consider candidates that have notice periods of longer than 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence on direct investments and fund managers, locally and globally
• Build and maintain financial models across alternative asset classes
• Prepare investment memos, screening notes and presentation materials
• Monitor the portfolio, track KPIs and flag performance variances
• Support deal execution and origination alongside senior team members

Requirements

• Currently working in a family office in the UAE
• 1 to 3 years' experience at analyst level
• Multi-asset coverage, ideally with exposure to direct and fund investments.
• Clear written communication, with experience writing IC memos
• Exposure to both regional and international markets
• Short notice period highly preferred
