Job summary

Fragomen in Dubai is seeking a Private Client Solutions Executive to drive lead generation and new business opportunities in residency and citizenship by investment. You will qualify prospects, set consultations and hand over to our Private Client advisory team for delivery.

We value commercially minded, proactive professionals with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a pipeline toward agreed targets. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate new private client opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals and events.
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations for the Private Client advisory team.
• Maintain and update pipeline in CRM; hand over qualified opportunities for delivery.
• Support revenue growth from high-net-worth individuals seeking residency and citizenship by investment.
• Collaborate with consultants and managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.
