Job summary

Sthirix Capital Ltd. in Dubai seeks a proactive Lead Generation professional to identify prospects, initiate contact, and qualify opportunities in the financial services space. You will drive outreach across multiple channels and contribute to building a robust client pipeline.

You will also support onboarding, present market insights, and maintain accurate CRM records, while staying current with global trends and compliance requirements relevant to UAE clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Previous experience in sales, forex, financial services, brokerage, banking or related industries is an advantage.
• Candidates with UAE sales experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify target clients; initiate contact through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Onboard clients by guiding them through offerings, account opening procedures and product specs.
• Present market insights and trading opportunities tailored to client goals.
• Track and log client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with global financial trends, indicators, asset classes and internal regulations.
