Job summary

TVG Citizenship by Investment, a Dubai-based advisory firm, seeks an Arabic-speaking Sales Consultant for our Business Bay team. This entry-level role requires fluent Arabic, good English, and a market-ready attitude. Training will cover immigration programmes, compliance, and client consultation.

The position is full-time, on-site in Dubai with visa and medical coverage. You will respond to inbound Arabic-speaking leads, learn and explain residency and citizenship options, qualify prospects,

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic (native or bilingual) and good working English.
• 0–2 years in sales, customer service or any client-facing role; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in marketing videos and on-camera for social channels.
• Willing to learn a technical product and work towards monthly targets.
• Presentable, confident and organised.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from Arabic-speaking clients by phone, WhatsApp and in person.
• Learn residency and citizenship programmes and explain options clearly to clients.
• Qualify prospects, book consultations and follow up until deal closes.
• Appear in short marketing videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) for programmes and client success stories.
• Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly on pipeline.
• Build relationships with clients and partners across the GCC.
