We are seeking a talented and versatile Private Chef who can provide exceptional culinary experiences in a private household setting. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and serve high-quality meals for the household, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
- Develop customized weekly menus based on seasonal ingredients, dietary needs, and client preferences.
- Source, purchase, and manage all food and beverage supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
- Prepare and present gourmet-level dishes for intimate dinners, events, and gatherings.
- Craft, mix, and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages, including classics and custom creations.
- Provide wine and cocktail pairing recommendations for meals.
- Manage inventory and minimize waste through efficient planning.
- Occasionally travel with the household to provide on-site culinary and mixology services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a private chef, executive chef, or in fine dining establishments.
- Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, modern cooking techniques, and dietary accommodations (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, keto).
- Certified in food safety and hygiene.
- Expertise in bartending and mixology, with the ability to craft cocktails and recommend drink pairings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
