WSP Global Inc. in Dubai/Sharjah seeks a seasoned Principal Engineer – Water to lead the design and delivery of large-scale water infrastructure projects across the UAE.

You will guide hydrology and hydraulics, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with local authority standards while delivering high-quality technical outputs. The role emphasizes client engagement, project leadership, and mentorship of junior staff, with emphasis on sustainable and innovative water solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12+ years in water infrastructure design, hydrology or wet utilities.
• UAE project experience and authority standards knowledge essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of major water projects (potable water, stormwater, sewerage).
• Provide technical leadership in hydrology, hydraulics, and wet utilities design.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, environmental, transport disciplines.
