Job summary

Baker Hughes Company seeks a Senior Principal, Geoscience & Petroleum to lead integrated subsurface studies, asset evaluations, and due diligence for upstream assets. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients on strategic opportunities.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, a Master’s in Geophysics or related field, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive commercial and technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in geophysics, geoscience, earth sciences or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years in oil & gas, energy consulting or upstream petroleum.
• Experience in asset evaluation, technical/commercial due diligence and reserves assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated subsurface evaluations using seismic, geological and reservoir data.
• Conduct due diligence for M&A, farm-ins, investments and asset divestments.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
• Support clients with investment decisions, proposals and technical presentations.
