Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Cased Hole Geoscientist to lead advanced geoscience activities for real-time and post-job operations in the UAE. You will provide technical input across product lines, guide pre-job planning, on-job support, and post-job reviews, and deliver robust interpretation reports for Wireline services.

Your role spans interdisciplinary teams and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has 7+ years as a geoscientist/analyst, with experience in reservoir engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in related fields (Science, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent knowledge/work experience.
• Minimum 7 years working as geoscientist/analyst.
• Experience in Reservoir Engineering and Formation testing and sampling.
• Background in cased hole logging, production logging, saturation logging and well integrity.
• Experience in Operations or Field experience in Wireline is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real time and post job operations for Cased hole logging operations.
• Focus on saturation logging, production logging, well integrity and cement evaluation.
• Assist and advise operations for pre-job planning, on-job support and post job review.
• Prepare technical interpretation reports for Wireline services.
• Work with cross-functional and cross-discipline teams.
• Apply system engineering methodologies in product design phases.
• Engage with customers during definition and requirements gathering for bids.
• Deliver technically and commercially sound products or services from inception to delivery.
