You will guide technical decisions, drive Rust adoption, and collaborate with Product, Security, SRE, and Delivery teams to deliver high-performance services at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years building production systems in Rust.
• Proven experience as a Staff, Principal, or Lead Engineer.
• Expertise in distributed systems, backend engineering, and systems programming.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, networking, and performance optimization.
• Strong experience with software architecture, CI/CD, observability, security, and cloud-native platforms.
• Track record of delivering business-critical services at scale.
