Persian Horizon in Dubai is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to design, analyze, and build systems for an Advanced CRM & Sales Intelligence platform. This on-site/hybrid role expects ownership beyond coding, with a focus on scalable API-based architectures and real-world integrations.

You will work across backend and frontend interfaces, leveraging microservices, AI APIs, and secure integrations while aligning with CRM business flows and data strategies.

Competenze

• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture / SOLID principles.
• Advanced SQL Server (Database Design, Performance) and MongoDB.
• Real Full-Stack capability (Backend-focused, but able to handle frontend integration).
• Experience with Redis / Caching and BackgroundServices / Workers.
• Strong Async programming & performance optimization.
• Hands-on APIs integration and API design.
• Experience with JWT / OAuth security.

We are NOT hiring a typical developer.

We are looking for a high-levelengineer who can design, analyze, and build systems — not someonewho only codes features.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strongexperience with Microservices Architecture
• Deepunderstanding of Clean Architecture / SOLID principles
• Advanced SQL Server (Database Design, Performance Optimization) and MongoDB
• Real Full-Stackcapability (Backend-focused, but able to handle frontend integration)

Backend & Architecture (Must BeStrong)

• Designand build scalable API-based systems
• Experiencewith:
• Redis/ Caching
• BackgroundServices / Workers
• Strongin:
• Asyncprogramming & performance optimization

External Integrations (Real ExperienceRequired)

You must have built real systemsusing:
