Job summary

Goldman Lloyds in Dubai seeks a senior recruitment professional to lead a desk within our specialist financial services practice. You will manage client relationships, run end-to-end searches across the UAE, wider GCC, and international markets with autonomy and strong ownership.

You should have 5+ years’ recruitment experience (quant trading/technology), a proven 360 billing track record, and the ability to develop new business with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' recruitment experience, ideally within quantitative trading and technology.
• Proven track record as a successful 360 recruiter / biller.
• Strong client development and relationship-management experience.
• Experience managing mid-to-senior level searches independently.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across financial services mandates
• Building relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, and trading firms
• Managing senior hiring manager and candidate relationships independently
• Developing new client opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC
• Running multiple searches with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
• Leveraging our existing international client and candidate network to build your market
