Job summary

Kite Human Capital Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Product (Digital Assets) to drive the development of an institutional crypto trading platform and bring a new stablecoin product to market. You will shape product strategy, own the product roadmap, and lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, design and commercial teams in a fast‑growing global digital assets business.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience within crypto, digital assets or blockchain.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch, ideally in institutional trading.
• Strong leadership, team management, and ownership of product strategy.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Leader to drive the development of an institutional crypto trading platform and bring a new stablecoin product to market. You’ll shape product strategy, lead product development and build solutions for institutional clients within a growing global digital assets business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the product roadmap and continued development of institutional crypto trading products.
• Driving the development and launch of new stablecoin products.
• Managing product teams and working closely with engineering and commercial stakeholders to deliver market-ready solutions.
