Lean Technologies is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own LeanX, our cross-border payments and stablecoin infrastructure. This role sits at the crossroads of regulation, engineering, product, and commercial, and you will shape the direction from day one with leadership backing and close collaboration with Sarajevo and Dubai teams.

You will define strategy, write clear specs, and drive roadmaps, ensuring scalable, defensible product architecture and robust API-led integration.

Formación

• 8+ years in product management, including senior ownership of B2B or infrastructure products.
• Experience in cross-border payments, remittance, payouts, treasury, or stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, system design conversations and the trade-offs engineers face.
• A track record of taking products from early stage to scale, ideally in a startup or new business line.
• Comfort working in regulated environments and treating compliance and licensing as product inputs.
• Clear, concise written communication. You write the specs and strategy documents yourself.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy for LeanX across all its product lines and set roadmaps.
• Build a scalable cross-border payments platform with repeatable launch processes.
• Own stablecoin-native infrastructure roadmap, wallets and on/off-ramps.
• Bridge Lean and LeanX by aligning core infrastructure and product lines.
• Be the first point of contact for product questions from clients and sales teams.
