Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. in remote UAE is seeking a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic AI to design, build and operationalize agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.

You will integrate agentic systems with ERP and enterprise platforms, ensuring secure, auditable production deployments and successful handovers. We expect 8+ years in production engineering, 2+ years shipping AI in production, and a track record with Fortune 500/Global 2000 clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience in production systems.
• 2+ years shipping AI or ML systems into production with agentic work.
• Experience with Fortune 500/Global 2000 clients in complex environments.
• Experience across full system lifecycle from architecture to support.
• Strong fundamentals enabling rapid learning in emerging AI disciplines.
• ERP grounding with SAP or Oracle EBS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, scope agentic AI use cases and define success criteria.
• Design target architectures across hyperscalers and enterprise platforms.
• Write production-grade code inside client environments and governance frameworks.
• Build and tune retrieval pipelines, prompts, guardrails and human-in-the-Loop controls.
• Implement secure agent tool execution with audit trails and rollback paths.
• Develop evaluation suites to catch hallucinations and drift; ensure observability.
• Integrate with identity, secrets, network controls, and compliance tooling.
• Provide handover documentation and runbooks for ongoing support.
• Act as escalation backup and advise on architectural interventions.
• Communicate with engineering teams and C-level stakeholders.
