Job summary

Isa Cybersecurity Inc. in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer for a full-time on-site role on an initial one-year assignment with possible extension.

You will own the technical solution from discovery to production, delivering agentic AI workflows and integrating with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has 3+ years building production GenAI applications, strong Python skills, and the ability to operate across pro-code and low-code environments.

Qualifications

• Strong practical Python engineering experience with building APIs and deployment components.
• Proven track record delivering production GenAI/LLM applications with agentic AI delivery.
• Experience with agentic frameworks, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to take a use case from requirements to production support independently.
• Comfort working across pro-code and low-code environments and refining prompts.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations, secure APIs, and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Current platform delivery: configure, roll out, and improve use cases on a low-code AI platform.
• Agentic AI delivery: design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade agents and workflows.
• Omnichannel rollout: extend journeys to voice, email, web chat, WhatsApp, WeChat.
• APIs and MCP: connect agents to enterprise systems with APIs, MCP connectors, webhooks.
• Multi-agent systems: design orchestrators with reliable handoffs, retries, and human review.
• Production quality: ensure testing, observability, security, performance, and costs.
