Job summary

Infinite pl in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced AI Engineer to build scalable agentic AI products for logistics and related sectors. You will design context, prompts, retrieval flows, and evaluation bundles, delivering production‑grade agents with safety and observability in mind.

You will pair strong software engineering with practical LLM delivery, work across governance and integration teams, and mentor junior engineers to raise engineering standards while moving solutions through sandbox to

Qualifications

Strong software engineering background with production-grade APIs/services.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks.
Experience with RAG, vector search, prompt engineering.
Ability to design secure, observable AI solutions.
Experience integrating APIs and data sources into AI workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI solutions from concept to pilot or production.
Implement agent loops, tool-use patterns, context engineering, RAG flows, HITL journeys.
Select and justify models based on latency, cost, residency, reliability, and use-case fit.
Develop reusable Agent JD templates, prompt/context patterns, orchestration patterns.
Partner with governance, platform, and integration teams to gate-ready by design.
Support complex and multi-agent solutions, including orchestration and memory.
Move solutions through sandbox, staging, and production with observability and auditing.
Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards.
