Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to lead Generative AI initiatives for enterprise customers in the Middle East, starting from Abu Dhabi. You will design and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and Agentic AI, working closely with C-level stakeholders and global organisations.

Bring 5+ years of software engineering and applied AI experience, hands-on cloud expertise (Azure or AWS), and a flair for translating business challenges into scalable AI applications.

Qualifications

5+ years software engineering & applied AI experience.
Hands-on Generative AI, LLMs, GPT, or Agentic AI exposure.
Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production.
Customer-facing consulting experience is essential.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
Build AI applications, LLM workflows and Agentic AI systems.
Work directly with strategic enterprise customers.
Prototype innovative AI solutions from concept through production.
Collaborate with Sales, Product and AI specialists on high-impact engagements.
Help shape the future of enterprise AI adoption.
