The Primary Teacher will shape an important stage of students ' academic and personal development by combining strong foundational teaching with exploration, questioning and meaningful connections across subjects. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver purposeful Primary lessons within the school 's International Baccalaureate learning framework.
- Create inquiry-led experiences that encourage students to question, investigate and make connections.
- Develop secure foundations in literacy, numeracy and broader curriculum knowledge.
- Design learning sequences that provide clear progression in knowledge, understanding and skills.

Ideal Profile
- Recognised teaching qualification suitable for Primary education, such as B.Ed, PGCE, teaching license or equivalent.
- Relevant experience delivering successful learning within the Primary phase.
- International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme experience is advantageous.
- Strong educators from British or other recognised international curricula are also suitable.
- Sound understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
- Ability to teach literacy, numeracy and interdisciplinary Primary learning effectively.
- Experience using inquiry to develop deeper understanding rather than relying on content recall.
- Ability to differentiate learning for varying levels of readiness and educational need.
- Strong knowledge of formative and summative assessment approaches.
- Ability to use student performance information to inform classroom planning.
